Full Tilt Heads-Up World Championship

While the FTOPS VIII are still running strong, Full Tilt Poker already announced the next High Roller Event. The $25,000 Heads-Up World Championship will take place on May 24th - 25th.

With an incredible buy-in of $25,000 Full Tilt Poker wants to entice the absolute high rollers to an elite event held only a week after the current Full Tilt Poker Series.

64 players at the most may participate in the championship. Already signed up are Jennifer Harman, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer and host and reigning NBC NHUPC champion Chris “Jesus” Ferguson. Such an event is probably a one of its kind tournament in the history of online poker and will certainly attract countless railbirds.

People for whom the buy-in price tag is set too high, still have about two weeks to qualify via one of numerous satellites for this monster event.
