Jonathan Little

Jonathan Little (born December 22, 1984 in Pensacola, Florida) is an American professional poker player. Little is best know for Winning the World Poker Tour’s Season 6 Mirage Poker Showdown.
Little was a student at the University of West Florida studying psychology when he began playing poker with friends, as his interest in poker grew it lead him to study many books on poker such as The Theory of Poker by David Sklansky After having made his initial bankroll of $35,000 online over a six month period he decided to dropout of college and play poker professionally instead.
Little with friends of his met playing poker online formed the “Ship It Holla Ballas” crew, a group of poker players who travel the world in order to play in the highest stake poker tournaments, he also participate in a online poker training site called SNGIcons.com.
Little finished fifth in the World Poker Tour (WPT) PokerStars.com Caribbean Poker Adventure championship winning $317,000 and went to win the WPT Mirage Poker Showdown title winning $1,091,295. In November 2007 he finished runner-up to Scott Clements in the WPT North American Poker Championship in which he earned an additional $715,702.
As of November 2007, Little’s total live tournament winnings exceed $2,500,000.
