MLB’s Royce Clayton to Host Poker Celebrity Bowl

Scheduled for Feb. 1 at Harrah’s AK-Chin Casino Ballroom

The New York Giants and New England Patriots won’t be the only players fighting for a title over Super Bowl weekend. The Poker Celebrity Bowl, hosted by Major League Baseball player Royce Clayton and benefitting the Royce Clayton Family Foundation, is scheduled to take place Friday, Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. in the Harrah’s AK-Chin Casino Ballroom.

The buy-in is $1,000 with $200 rebuys. Half of the prize pool will go to the charity while the rest of it will be awarded to the top 10 finishers. The winner will also receive a $10,000 seat into the World Series of Poker, while second place will get a seat into the Heartland Poker Tour main event at the Majestic Star Casino.
