What is rakeback?
In order for the online poker rooms to make money they automatically take a cut of the players stake money, this is called the “rake”. Normally the commission is 5% of every pot up to a cap of $3, but this varies from room to room. You can always see how much rake your desired poker room is taking at their official site.

What about the fees I pay in tournaments and SNGs, do I get rakeback there too?
This depends on the poker room as some poker rooms add fees to your rake and some not. Please check on the information we have listed on each room for further details.

How do I sign up to receive my rakeback?
To start receiving rakeback, simply follow these simple steps:

What if I am already playing poker but don’t have any rakeback. Can I still get a rakeback account set up from you?

Why do I need to email you my account details when I have set up my new account?
We need to know on which poker room you have registered your account and you new username/screen name and/or account number so we can keep track of how much you rake and how much we will pay back to you in rakeback.

Can I sign up for more than one offer?
Yes, you can sign up at as many poker rooms as you like. Just be sure to email us your account details then we handle the rest.

Will there be any problems with tracking my rakeback if I reinstall/uninstall my poker room software?
No. We track you through your account name with your chosen poker room. Therefore you can reinstall/uninstall your software with no problem. It also works the same if you get a new computer.

How will I get my rakeback earnings?
Your rakeback payments will be done monthly and directly to your account. The payment is usually made within a week of the end of the month, though at some rooms it can take up to 2-3 weeks.
